Satish brings extensive experience across management consulting, private equity, venture capital, investment management and commercial development. His career has included leadership and advisory roles spanning strategy development, investment evaluation, capital raising, M&A, business transformation and post-investment management, working with organisations from emerging ventures through to major corporations and government-backed initiatives.
His experience spans the full business journey, from evaluating opportunities and developing business models through to securing investment, commercialisation, international expansion and operational transformation. Selected engagements include a $300 million IPO transaction, the design and launch of a QAR 2 billion sovereign SME fund, and strategy and international business development for a $46 billion Australasian telecommunications group.
Satish approaches each client engagement with an open mind and a practical “how can we?” rather than “why we can’t” mindset. He embraces uncertainty with curiosity, focusing on possibilities, constructive problem-solving and finding a way forward when the path is not immediately clear. Outside work, Satish enjoys sailing, learning languages, listening to music from around the world and growing very hot chillies in his rooftop garden.

Nikhil brings more than 25 years of experience across banking, insurance and wealth, leading large-scale transformation programs across advice, compliance, insurance, investment, private banking, superannuation and platforms. His experience includes work with organisations such as Suncorp, Swiss Re, NAB, APRA and BT Financial Group, spanning customer experience uplift, AI-enabled digital journeys, cloud migration, regulatory change and divestments.
He combines strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen and a delivery-focused approach, translating complex objectives into structured, practical execution. At NFS Co, his focus includes financial services transformation, data and platform modernisation, and AI-enabled customer experience.
Nikhil’s work philosophy is grounded in clarity, accountability and calm execution. Fouad brings over 25 years of experience in financial services and wealth management, leading complex business transformation programs in Australia and internationally. He has managed multidisciplinary teams of up to 200 people and transformation portfolios with a combined budget exceeding $2 billion, bringing extensive experience in strategy, technology-enabled transformation and large-scale program delivery.
Alongside his industry career, Fouad has an academic and research background in information systems and business value. His research has examined areas including the evaluation of information technology investments, the relationship between technology investment and organisational performance, and information systems project evaluation.
Fouad takes a multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving, considering the people, data, technology and process dimensions of a challenge before determining the best path forward. By looking at problems from multiple perspectives, he aims to develop a more complete understanding of the situation and identify practical solutions that optimise outcomes for the client. In his free time, Fouad enjoys bushwalking, watching sport, woodworking and tackling DIY projects.
