Enterprise Qatar was established to support economic diversification, youth employment and private entrepreneurship through a national SME programme.
Work Done
Led research and design of the equity programme, investment mandate, criteria, transaction processes and operating framework; defined stakeholder roles and supported regulatory approvals, provider selection and launch planning.
